Captain Jennings Rose has owned and operated North State Guide Service for over a decade. Jennings and his Captains are full time guides and watermen. His passion for fishing first started while mating on charter boats in high school and at 19 he obtained his captains license and continued to pursue his calling of guiding clients for fish and fowl across eastern North Carolina. Fishing from the Outer Banks all the way south to frying pan shoals and inland to the headwaters of the Roanoke River has allowed Jennings to understand the fish patterns across North Carolina.
